1. The Terms

By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Terms apply to all users of this website, and to all purchases of goods and services from Nine Guys Ltd (we/us). If you do not accept these Terms, then please refrain from using this website.

We may amend the Terms at any time by updating them on this website. The amended Terms will take immediate effect upon publication, and by continuing to access the website you agree to be bound by the amended Terms. 

We will supply goods and services to you on these Terms only unless we have expressly agreed in writing to a variation of them.

2. Personal information

To enable us to process your order you will be asked to provide some personal information. Such as your name, delivery address, phone number, email address. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to review our policy on these matters

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details.  All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and must be paid for in New Zealand dollars.  All prices include GST and charges for standard delivery (view Delivery for further information) unless otherwise stated.

3. Promotional terms and conditions

Social media followers giveaway:

Each month we are giving away 10x Hundy's to a lucky follower on Instagram & Facebook (2x 10 Hundy prizes on offer each month). To be in to win you must be following the Hundy social profile at the time of the draw. The winner will be drawn on the 1st of each month at random and announced through our social profiles by the 5th of the month. This promotion is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Meta.

4. Please drink responsibly

Hundy can turn a big night into a great morning but we don’t recommend overdoing it - drink responsibly and supplement with water.
